Sinopoly Battery Limited is sub-company of FDG electric vehicle limited which is a public company in Hongkong Stock Exchange Market.  Liaoyang factory is first produciton center of Sinopoly Battery limited specalise in production of 100Ah sinopoly battery and 200Ah Sinopoly Battery cells. the factory was founded by a local state owned lithium battery company in 1980's and was purchased by Sinopoly Battery in 2011.
