EVL Battery Balancer is a circuit module connected with your battery cells, he would provide balancing current between batterey cells. with the balancing current, the low voltage cell will be charged and high voltage battery cell will be discharged.it helps voltage of all battery cells in same level. we called it balancing function. when voltage of all battery cells of the battery pack are nearlly same, the battery pack has much better performance. no cells be over charged and no cell be over discharged.
