On August 28, the 5th Atomization Industry Chain Exhibition was held at the Shenzhen International Convention and Exhibition Center, bringing together over 500 domestic and international electronic atomizer brands, manufacturers, and other enterprises from across the industrial chain. During the “Electronic Atomizer Global Development and Industry Innovation Forum,” held concurrently with the exhibition, Dr. Sam Huang, head of EVE Energy’s Lithium-ion Battery Research Institute, delivered a keynote speech titled “Atomizer Battery Technology Advancement Promotes Industry Development.” His presentation drew considerable attention and sparked lively discussions among attendees.

According to Dr. Sam, EVE Energy’s comprehensive battery solutions adhere to a “food-grade safety” design concept, delivering high power, long life, and enhanced safety across LCO, NCM, and LFP material systems. These solutions can be configured with either pouch or hard can sealing options, providing customization to better support the evolving ecosystem of the vaping industry. EVE Energy’s automated production line has reached its sixth generation of innovation, offering “one-stop” solutions from battery cell to PACK, and enabling “Global Manufacturing, Global Cooperation, Global Service.”
At the forum, Dr. Sam introduced five new atomizer battery technologies designed to enhance quality and productivity within the electronic atomizer industry. These technologies cater to various battery types, including disposable, rechargeable, and HNB (Heat-Not-Burn) products:
Gel Technology: Tailored for disposable electronic atomizers, gel batteries are engineered for extreme application scenarios. They offer enhanced safety, superior performance, and a 20% increase in energy density, supporting high power discharge.
STT Safety Technology: Developed specifically for disposable electronic atomizers, this technology enhances safety by mitigating short circuits without the need for an external protection plate, providing a cost-effective and highly compatible solution for customers worldwide.
M-Power Technology: Addressing the challenge of energy density in disposable electronic atomizers, this technology uses a new material system to achieve a 30% increase in energy density, a low annual self-discharge rate of just 3%, and long-term durability.
V-Power Technology: Designed for vapor products, V-Power offers high platform performance, a 20% increase in energy density, ultra-fast 15-minute charging, and a cycle life of over 600 cycles.
H-Power Technology: Developed for HNB products, H-Power features a 4.50V ultra-high voltage platform, delivering a 35% increase in energy density, over 500 cycles, and stable, reliable performance.
EVE Energy is also actively aligning with the new EU Battery Regulations, continuously exploring green and replaceable battery solutions for the vaping industry. Dr. Sam provided insights into the EU’s removable battery regulations and shared EVE Energy’s pouch and hard can cell removable battery solutions, which aim to deliver economic, environmental, and social benefits.
