The system is designed with fully digital control technology, offering flexible and intelligent control, excellent protection features, and strong system robustness. It employs the latest phase-shift and width-modulation zero-voltage zero-current soft-switching technology, combined with high-performance SiC devices, ensuring high stability and conversion efficiency. The peak efficiency exceeds 95%.
The housing is made of die-cast aluminum with an IP67 protection rating, making it dustproof and waterproof. All critical electronic components are selected as automotive-grade components. The assembly features high power density, lightweight design, compact size, strong environmental adaptability, easy maintenance, high reliability, and long service life.
