Customized 24V8Ah and 24V16Ah Battery Packs for Medical Device

Recently, our customer are interested in 24V8Ah and 24V16Ah battery packs for medical device. To be exact,it is for medical bed like below picture:

The requirements of 24V8Ah and 24V16Ah battery packs are as below:
24V8Ah
Dimensions: L: 138*W92*H106mm
Continuous 1c, instant 3c, 3C duration less than 1 second
Same port
Bare wire, wire length 15CM
Blue heat shrink film
External display, plug, lead wire length 50cm

24V16Ah
Dimensions L: 360*W70*H100mm
Continuous 1c, instant 3c
Same port
Bare wire, wire length 15CM
Blue heat shrink film
External display, plug, lead wire length 50cm

The battery packs are made of 18650 2000mah battery cells,below is the parameters for the 18650 cell:

You can see the cell is max discharge current is 3C and max discharge current is 5C from the parameters.
