The Indian government has set a target to achieve 500 GW of non-fossil fuel energy capacity by 2030, prompting substantial investments in solar, wind, and hydropower. Revolutionary C&I Inverter: Optimized for Performance and Safety

During REI 2024, Sungrow introduced its latest SG150CX inverter solution, designed for enhanced performance in commercial and industrial applications. This high-efficiency string inverter features a 48A MPPT input current, making it suitable for larger PV module integration. It incorporates AFCI 3.0 technology, which provides an expanded cable detection range of up to 450 meters for improved safety. Additional features include real-time DC terminal temperature monitoring, over-temperature protection, and intelligent fault detection, making the SG150CX a reliable and secure choice for C&I solar installations.

 

Introducing the Latest Residential Solution: Microinverters for a Greener Lifestyle

Sungrow expanded its portfolio of residential solutions by offering a variety of single-phase and three-phase PV inverters, including the RS-L and RT-P2 series. These innovations are designed to support both utility-scale and rooftop installations, aligning with India’s growing distributed solar power market.

The newly launched S2000S-SA 2kW microinverters address the demand for efficient residential solar systems. Built to withstand high temperatures, these microinverters ensure stable power generation even in harsh conditions. They also feature advanced Wi-Fi technology for long-distance communication, enabling effective system monitoring, along with a module-level IV scan for accurate fault diagnosis and enhanced operational efficiency.

Enhancing Utility-Scale PV Solar Contribution

To address the evolving needs of utility-scale solar projects, Sungrow unveiled the SG320HX-20 string inverter. This next-generation inverter delivers a maximum AC output power of 352kVA, promising increased yields and reduced capital expenditure (CAPEX). Its IP66 protection and C5 anti-corrosion capabilities ensure reliability even in challenging environmental conditions.

 

Advanced Energy Storage Solutions: Meeting India’s Growing Grid Support Needs

As India accelerates its renewable energy adoption, the demand for advanced energy storage solutions to stabilize the grid is increasing. Sungrow's ST5015UX energy storage system, equipped with power conversion systems (PCS), offers intelligent temperature control, multi-level water and fire protection, cell temperature balance, and pack-level fault monitoring. With a round-trip efficiency of 89.5%, it provides an efficient solution for India's grid support needs. Additionally, the ST500 CP series features versatile adaptation for various scenarios, wireless connectivity to mobile devices, and intelligent energy management system (EMS) storage control, making it ideal for both utility-scale and commercial projects.
