Below is the reasons for choosing this battery:
As part of a research project, a prototype for an intelligent wildlife warning system is to be developed. This is to be operated autonomously at the roadside using a PV module with batteries for buffering.
As a renowned manufacturer of batteries, your product range is therefore of great interest to us. 
As we are aiming for a long service life with a high autonomy time, but have limited space, we are reliant on batteries with high energy densities and a small form factor. 
This is why the 3.65V 32Ah High Energy Density Lithium Pouch Battery Cell with 300 Wh/Kg stand out for us. 
We have a housing measuring 15 x 18 x 13 cm available for the prototype. No concrete figures are yet available for the power consumption of the components, but a power consumption of 15 watts is currently expected. 
The final power consumption depends on the number of events and will be tested in the research project. For this reason, the entire energy supply system should be oversized to ensure appropriate functionality for the specified minimum period. 
In the best case scenario, the components can be further optimised for production readiness, which would make an even longer service life feasible. In order to be compatible with a commercially available Specifically, we need an autonomy time of around 2 weeks (even without charging the batteries with a PV module) and the smallest possible form factor.
