17pcs intelligent high-frequency industrial forklift battery chargers

A regular customer from Thailand ordered 17 intelligent high-frequency industrial forklift battery chargers. This time he chose 48V100A, 48V150A and 80V200A forklift chargers for the new project.

This time we provided the customer with the latest three-phase four-wire 380VAC chargers; According to customer requirements, we set the maximum output voltage of the 48V charger to 58.4VDC and the maximum output voltage of the 80V charger to 91.25VDC. 

For this order, we added CAN communication function to the charger, so that the charger has blind charging and CAN communication charging modes, which can be flexibly applied to batteries with different communication methods. All output plugs are matched with REMA plugs.

The charger is packed and shipped in plywood boxes with a total gross weight of 650.5KGS and a volume of 3.635CBM. Since the trade term is EXW, the goods are picked up by the customer's forwarder and sent to Shanghai and then shipped by sea from Shanghai to LCH Port in Thailand.

The intelligent high-frequency forklift charger is designed for battery charging and is suitable for various battery cycle charging. High-frequency switching power supply technology and modular installation structure are designed for it. The system consists of PFC unit, power conversion unit, monitoring unit, display unit, electrical unit, communication protection unit and charging connection components. The charging process is fully automatic, realizing intelligent charging management of various batteries.

Generally used in ordinary forklift charging piles, electric bicycle charging piles, shared charging piles, code scanning charging piles, electric vehicle code scanning charging, robot charging, new energy vehicle charging, etc.
