Customized 48V 34Ah Lifepo4 battery pack for logistics machines

A customer from Germany sent an inquiry to our company's website, wanting to customize a battery pack according to their needs.

They wanted a potential battery solution for the I-shuttle machine, a system internal logistics product.

The customer has made very clear requirements for the type, voltage, capacity, size, weight, charge and discharge current, waterproof level, etc. of the battery pack. This is a 48V 34Ah lithium iron phosphate battery pack, which uses 4.3Ah lithium iron phosphate cylindrical cells inside, and the series-parallel connection method is 15S8P. The full charge voltage is 54.75V, the maximum continuous charging current is 35A, the maximum continuous discharge current is 50A, it uses CAN communication, weighs about 15KG, and uses 1.5mm thick carbon steel plates.
