100ah LiFePO4 Batteries Shipped to India

We delivered 1000pcs 100Ah LiFePO4 Battery to a client from India from Hong Kong to Mumbai by sea.

There are many companies from India need LiFePO4 batteries. For those company who produced electric vehicles from India, they would like try to upgrade from lead acid battery to LiFePO4 Battery. Most of them need 100Ah LiFePO4 battery, and we provide LiFePO4 Batteries to India at a reasonable price and superior service.

Tata motors from India are also develop their electric car projects and they ordered 200Ah LiFePO4 battery for their new designed electric car for India markets. And there are many telecom companies who ordered 160Ah LiFePO4 for their communication equipments. Most of them need 48V160Ah LiFePO4 battery pack as UPS.

Buy low cost heavy-duty Lithium Iron Phosphate rechargeable battery of various capacities. In 1996, the University of Texas (and other contributors) discovered phosphate as cathode material for rechargeable lithium batteries (

The key benefits are high current rating and long cycle life, besides good thermal stability, enhanced safety and tolerance if abused. Li-phosphate is more tolerant to full charge conditions and is less stressed than other lithium-ion(
LiFePO4 Battery) systems if kept at high voltage for a prolonged time. As a trade-off, the lower voltage of 3.2V/cell reduces the specific energy to less than that of Li-manganese.

With most batteries, cold temperature reduces performance and elevated storage temperature shortens the service life, and Li-phosphate is no exception. Li-phosphate has a higher self-discharge than other Li-ion batteries, which can cause balancing issues with aging. Figure 9 summarizes the attributes of Li-phosphate. Li-phosphate is often used to replace the lead acid starter battery. Four
LiFePO4 Battery in series produce 12.80V, a similar voltage to six 2V lead acid cells in series.

Vehicles charge lead acid to 14.40V (2.40V/cell) and maintain a topping charge. With four Li-phosphate cells in series, each cell tops at 3.60V, which is the correct full-charge voltage. At this point, the charge should be disconnected but the topping charge continues while driving. Li-phosphate is tolerant to some overcharge; however, keeping the voltage at 14.40V for a prolonged time, as most vehicles do on a long drive, could stress Li-phosphate. Cold temperature operation starting could also be an issue with Li-phosphate as a starter battery(

That is why this technology is mainly adopted in stationary energy storage systems (self-consumption, Off-Grid, UPS, etc.) for applications requiring long life. The actual number of cycles that can be performed depends on several factors: Pevel of power in C-Rate Depth of Discharge (DOD) Operational environment : temperature, humidity, etc. In standard environment, and for 1C cycles, we can get from the chart the below life cycle estimation for LFP2000 cycles at 100% DoD: 3000 cycles at 80% DOD 8000 cycles at 55% DOD It should be noted that following the number of completed cycle, the batteries still have a nominal capacity > 80% of the original capacity.
