On August 10th, CATL marked a significant milestone with the grand opening of NING Space, the world's first-of-its-kind new energy experience center in Chengdu, Sichuan Province. Developed in collaboration with numerous car manufacturers and local government entities, NING Space offers an immersive and comprehensive experience for consumers to "view, select, use, and learn" about electric vehicles, driving forward the global shift towards e-mobility.
During the opening ceremony, CATL Vice Chairman Li Ping emphasized the profound changes underway in both the automotive industry and consumer perceptions amidst the global energy transformation. He highlighted that CATL, in partnership with automakers, has launched this new platform to serve as a bridge between car manufacturers and consumers, fostering innovation and mutual success.
Luo Jian, General Manager of CATL's Marketing Department, noted that the space stands out for its "completeness" and "innovation." It is designed to help automakers effectively showcase their vehicles, assist consumers in finding the right car, and promote a low-carbon lifestyle.
As the world's first electric vehicle brand pavilion, the 13,000 m² facility features nearly 100 models from around 50 car brands, offering consumers a continuous auto show with a comprehensive selection of the most popular vehicles.
Throughout the space, EV experts are on hand to answer questions and provide personalized recommendations tailored to individual needs, budgets, and usage scenarios. The center also delves into the history and evolution of electric vehicles and highlights the latest advancements in battery technology. Additionally, it hosts regular science workshops, engaging visitors of all ages in exploring green energy and electric vehicles.
During the event, CATL also introduced its new after-sales service brand, "NING SERVICE." With a network of 112 professional service stations and an extensive training system, "NING SERVICE" delivers high-quality services such as battery maintenance, health checks, and mobile rescue, ensuring a worry-free experience for electric vehicle users.
To further enhance the user experience and broaden service offerings, CATL launched a WeChat mini-program on the same day. Tailored specifically for EV users, the mini-program offers features such as charging station searches, vehicle selection assistance, and usage tips, along with science workshops on new energy. By leveraging online platforms, CATL provides EV users with efficient, convenient, high-quality, and multi-dimensional services.
As the world moves decisively towards green energy, CATL's NING Space aims to forge a deep connection between automakers and EV consumers. By offering diverse scenarios, specialized services, and an outstanding consumer experience, it is poised to open a new chapter in green energy living.
